What's a mock up?

A mock up is a graphic we create that shows how your order is going to look. Simply reply to the e-mail saying "approved" or note any changes needed and we can re-send until we get it right. Doing this ensures we are both on the same page before we print in regards to logo placement, logo size, colours etc.

Small order batch fee

All orders under 3 items will incur a +$10 small batch fee. Doing this allows orders of even 1 item to be processed.

Design assistance

Leave a note in the custom notes section if you would like colour changes or to add your phone number, email, instagram icon etc. these are all done for free. Our team processes artwork with no automation systems meaning everything is checked and done correctly. We have a good sense of common practice and aesthetics so if you're unsure how your logo will work you can always see what we come up with and make changes if needed from your mock up. If something is unclear we will often provide extra sample options to pick from.

PDF files are preferred or any vector format. PNG files with transparent backgrounds are also favoured however we accept all images and file types. Any imperfections, pixelation or solid backgrounds will be fixed up before we print and sent to you with your mock up for your approval.
