Analytics & Website Data

This website uses analytics tools to monitor traffic, performance, and user interaction in order to improve functionality, usability, and content.

Analytics data may include information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, device type, browser, referral source, and general location data. This information is collected in aggregated and anonymised form and does not personally identify individual users.

Custom Orders, Mockups & Approval

All products supplied are custom-made to order.

Prior to production, digital mockups may be provided for approval. Once artwork and placement have been approved by the customer and payment has been received, the order is considered final.

After approval, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or changes will be accepted, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect sizing selections

  • errors in approved artwork or placement

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all mockups and details before providing approval.

Payments

Full payment is required before any order enters production. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment is reversed, disputed, or flagged by a payment provider.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times are estimates only and generally range from 5–8 business days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Turnaround times may vary depending on:

  • supplier processing times

  • stock availability

  • order size and complexity

  • production workload

While some orders may be completed sooner, faster turnaround is not guaranteed. If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be notified and offered either an updated timeframe or, where appropriate, a refund for affected items.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post or another courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier and the customer.

We are not responsible for parcels that are:

  • delayed in transit

  • lost or damaged by the courier

  • delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • lost or stolen after delivery

Tracking details will be provided once dispatch has occurred.

Colour, Appearance & Product Variations

Product images, mockups, and colours displayed on this website are provided as a guide only.

Due to factors including screen calibration, lighting conditions, fabric texture, and the printing process, final colours and appearance may vary. Minor variations in colour, size, placement, and finish are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.

Sizing & Fit

Sizing information is supplied by garment manufacturers and should be used as a guide only. Minor size tolerances and fit variations may occur between production runs.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting correct garment sizes. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for sizing issues once an order has been approved and paid for.

Third-Party Garments & Manufacturing

We do not manufacture the garments supplied. All blank apparel is sourced from third-party brands and wholesale suppliers and offered as base products for decoration.

Brand names, descriptions, and images are used for identification purposes only. We are not responsible for manufacturer changes, discontinued items, fabric variations, or specification changes made by third-party suppliers.

Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property

Customers must only submit artwork, logos, or designs that they own or have legal permission to use.

By submitting artwork, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights to reproduce and print the design. We accept no responsibility or liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays, failures, or inability to fulfil orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier shortages, courier disruptions, equipment failure, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and any orders placed through it. By accessing this website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All information on this website, including pricing, product descriptions, images, availability, and turnaround estimates, is provided in good faith and for general informational purposes only. Content may be updated, amended, or removed at any time without notice.

Submission of an order through this website constitutes an order request only. No binding contract is formed until the order has been reviewed, accepted, and confirmed. We reserve the right, at our discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to accept, decline, cancel, or amend any order prior to confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, delay, cost, or expense arising from the use of this website or our services, including indirect or consequential loss. Use of this website and reliance on its content is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
